How does the tracking volume limit work?
Tracking volume is measured by the number of unique tracking numbers added to your dashboard per billing cycle. Checking a single package multiple times does not count towards your limit.
Can I integrate TrackFlow with my Shopify store?

Do you support local international carriers?

What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
We won't immediately pause your tracking. We'll send you an alert when you hit 80% and 100% of your usage. If you exceed the limit, you'll be charged a small overage fee per tracking number, or you can choose to upgrade your plan mid-cycle.
